This year’s Vegan Festival was held in Tel Aviv from June 7-9. According to the organizers, nearly 100,000 people visited the festival and made it the world largest vegan festival. Visitors who enjoyed perfect spring weather could taste the produce of more than a hundred vegan food manufacturers and vegan restaurants and listen to lectures in several complexes.
One of the lecture complexes was dedicated to future food technologies.
